By accessing or using Leadyen's lead bidding platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this service.

Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access and use Leadyen for personal or commercial purposes. This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions.

You may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose without authorization
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notations
• Transfer the materials to another person or mirror the materials on any other server

Account Responsibilities

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Ensuring your use complies with applicable laws

Payment Terms

You agree to pay for all leads delivered to you based on your bid amount and category selection. We reserve the right to change our pricing structure with 30 days notice. Payment for delivered leads is non-refundable unless the lead fails our quality verification standards within the dispute window.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service with reasonable notice.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Leadyen or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use Leadyen, even if we have been notified of the possibility of such damage.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the service. Your continued use of the service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
